Compute openings
Compute openings reads each Role’s record every day and opens an Opening wherever a gap only a Human can close crosses its Setting.

Steps
- Read each Role’s eval pass rates, escalations, waiting Approvals, and stalled Metrics.
- List the legal floor acts and Reserved Acts no Worker in the Startup can perform.
- Subtract what the Founder and the Agents already cover.
- Open an unlisted Opening for each gap past its Setting, citing Evidence for every requirement.
- Close any Opening whose gap an Agent has since closed.

Example
At a bookkeeping Startup, the Agent in the Finance Lead Role escalates every multi-entity close for three weeks running. Compute openings opens a contractor Opening with reason edge, citing those escalations as its Evidence.
