Hire a human recruits a Person for a Role that the law or the Startup reserves for Humans, through a paid work trial.

Runs on Opening.created. Part of Hiring, run by the People Team.
Steps
- Write the Role’s requirements, including any Credential, on the Opening.
- Source candidates, starting with the best Customers and contributors.
- Hold a two-week paid work trial graded by the usual checks.
- Verify identity and Credentials.
- Sign the Agreement, onboard the Human, and hand pay to the Payroll Specialist.
