Monday Role review records a Role Review for every filled Role and sends the Founder one Decision request per missed result.
Trigger
Runs every week on Monday at 09:00. Part of Role review, run by the Operations Team.
Steps
- Read each filled Role’s result Metrics against their targets for the week.
- Record a Role Review for each filled Role, with its results, standards and rung.
- Assign the Founder one Decision request per missed result.
- Publish the week’s Role reviews on the Dashboard every Team reads.

Example
At 9:00, the Sales Lead's new Deals result reads 4 against a target of 10. Its Role Review records the miss, and the Founder gets one Decision request for it.
