Credential check confirms every Supplier’s standing each day and suspends a Supplier the same day its standing lapses.
Trigger
Runs every day. Part of Supply, run by the Operations Team.
Steps
- Verify every active Credential at its source.
- Suspend any Supplier whose Credential lapsed.
- Reassign the suspended Supplier’s open Tasks.

Example
An appraiser's license lapses overnight. That day, Credential check suspends the Supplier and reassigns its three open Tasks.
