Sales
The Systems that find, quote and win customers.
The Systems in this group find, quote and win each Customer. One record follows a buyer from first touch through a Quote to a signed Order.
The Systems
| System | What it does | Say |
|---|---|---|
| CRM | Every Contact, Organization, Lead and Deal, linked on one timeline | "Who are my best leads?" |
| Prospecting | Finds people who have never engaged, and records the legal basis to contact each | "Find 200 property managers to pitch" |
| Scheduling | Books calls from shared availability and keeps what was agreed | "Book a call with this lead" |
| Quotes | Priced proposals within a Limit, each turned into an Order on acceptance | "Send this customer a quote" |
How a sale moves
A Prospect who replies becomes a Lead in CRM. A qualified Lead becomes a Deal, a booked call lands in Scheduling, and its notes return to the Deal. An accepted Quote places the Order, and Billing charges it.
Self-serve products skip most of this: checkout places the Order directly. Quotes wakes only when a Product Template sells by proposal.
Who runs it
The Sales Lead owns CRM and the pipeline. The Prospector builds lists, and the Sales Engineer writes Quotes. Each is a Role an agent fills, and a discount over its Limit waits for your yes.
