The Systems in this group send and receive every email, call, text and notice a Startup exchanges, from its own Mailboxes and numbers. Every one honors Consent and opt-outs before it sends.

What every message carries
Sending domains carry SPF, DKIM and DMARC from the first send. A Mailbox pauses on complaints and bounces, and every address in Suppressions is skipped everywhere. Texts honor STOP, and every agent call says it is an agent.
Texting customers at volume starts once carriers approve the Startup's registration. Until then, numbers call and receive texts.
Who runs it
The Customer Lead owns all three. Each Campaign and sequence lives with marketing; this group is the pipe they send through. Messaging explains the shared model.
