Publish terms
Publish terms drafts and publishes the Startup’s terms, privacy notice, and Consent rules, which launch requires.
Trigger
Runs on Startup.created. Part of Contracting, run by the Legal Team.
Steps
- Draft the terms from the Startup’s Offers and jurisdictions.
- Draft the privacy notice from the data the Products store.
- Declare a Purpose for each use of personal data.
- Publish the terms and the privacy notice as Pages on the Startup’s Site.

A new tutoring marketplace stores children's names and parents' cards. Publish terms drafts its terms and privacy notice, declares a billing Purpose, and requires parental Consent before a child's first session.
