Agents sign sales Agreements within a Mandate; a Human signs what the legal floor reserves.

Example
An E2E managed service for bookkeeping closes a mid-market client on its standard Template with a 30-day exit clause. The Contracts Manager Agent fills in the Parties, fees and start date, sends it for signature, and countersigns within its Mandate. Agreements reminds both sides 60 days before renewal.
