Sell is the state of a Startup whose owner has agreed to sell it, with its Brand, Domain, Customers and records. A signed Agreement names the buyer and schedules each transfer, and open Orders move with it.

Own Domain	`sell-domain`	`contract`	Every Domain of the Startup is registered to its owner of record, in a registrar account no sibling shares, and can move before the closing date.
Own payments account	`sell-payments`	`contract`	Payments run through a Stripe account of the Startup’s own, or a sub-ledger that splits from the Studio’s cleanly.
Agreements transfer	`sell-agreements`	`registry`	Every Agreement, including each Capability a sibling supplies, is assignable to a buyer at a posted transition Price.
Data exports	`sell-export`	`transcript`	A full export of the records, Customers and Events restores into an empty namespace and replays to the same state.
No shared credentials	`sell-credentials`	`contract`	No key, login or account is shared with another Startup or the Studio.
Sale agreed	`sell-agreed`	`registry`	A signed sale agreement names the buyer and schedules the transfer of Brand, domain, Customers, and records.
