Tax filings prepare, sign, file and pay the Company’s income, franchise, sales and information returns on time in every jurisdiction.

| Signs | An officer signs under penalty of perjury (Sworn filings). A paid preparer signs too when one reviews. |

| While held | Inherited. The Studio-held entity files, with each Startup’s activity on its own schedule. |
| Records | Each return, receipt and payment, posted to the Ledger. |

Example
