Tax IDs obtain the Company’s employer number, state tax accounts and sales tax registrations wherever it must collect or withhold.

Example
A stock-photo subscription passes 200 sales into one state. Tax flags the nexus, the Company is registered there within the week, and the next charge in that state carries sales tax.
